The title song and opening cut - Two Rivers is already a well established part of The Alarm live set and has been closing out almost every concert since the beginning of 2017. Transatlantic is song two and aptly pre-empts Mike Peters RSD 2018 promo schedule which will see The Alarm lead singer performing at stores in Cardiff, London, New York and Los Angeles throughout the course of the day. An epic undertaking which is sure to excite and engage the Alarm audience en masse, as this release is a 'must have' for any serious fan. There is also a special guest appearance from The Cult guitarist - Billy Duffy, whose trademark sound can be heard all across the song Blood Red Viral Black delivering a sound that is a pure mix of The Cult vs. The Alarm. The Vinyl EP reflects Alarm tradition with the use of both Electric and Acoustic sides and (along with atmospheric EP exclusive track The White Count), Alarm fans can expect almost 40 minutes of brand new music and a prelude of things to come, when the new full length (and first ever Alarm double album), reaches the public domain on May 4th. The Acoustic side itself is over 20 minutes long and made up of more "EP only" exclusives, in the form of the lyrically-driven Thirteen Dead Reindeers, Armageddon In The Morning and Crowd Trouble, closing out with the 8 minute resolve of Year One. Backed by major touring throughout 2018, this is the sound of The Alarm today, with RSD and album launch concert dates taking place throughout April and May, including Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow and Manchester, followed by an intense weekend of US dates in NYC and LA, before a May 26th appearance at London's o2 Forum in Kentish Town. The Alarm will tour the USA, Canada, Europe and ROW extensively from July onwards.
