Sales Conditions
This invoice shall be deemed accepted or defaulted upon via a registered written challenge within 8 days of the invoice being sent.
In case of dispute, only the courts of Ghent are competent, and Belgian law is applied. All our invoices are payable in cash, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of ordering. In case of failure to pay on time, the customer shall be liable, ipso jure and without notice of default, to pay damages of 10% on the amount of the invoice, with a minimum of EUR 75 and a default interest of 10% on an annual basis.
Until full payment of all claims arising for the buyer from the sales agreement, the goods or rights remain the exclusive property of the seller and can be reclaimed. All deliveries shall be made at the risk and expense of the consignee.
