The jury is out, the verdict is passed, Teufelswerk is gui|No lty on all charges of Excellence and with this in mind we return to the 'Day' po rtion of the two CD album for the new single 'Hells Kitchen.'

"Techno as it should be, a dark, avant-garde battle between technology and emotion." Th e Guardian Newspaper. Unraveling with sinuous grace this is Hell's enchanting in terpretation of Kosmische Musik music, but constructed for the environs of the n ightclub. As both a DJ and Producer Hell's approach to music is to craft somethi ng of simplistic and minimal design, which is both sexy and erotic but at the sa me time able to apply some heat to the dance-floor. Hells Kitchen' is a testamen t to this approach and in this sense is nothing more then a Tour De Force, which should be revered and envied in equal measure.

Such bold statements often need credible evidence, as such we would like to present the Playgroup rem ix. Weighing in at 18 minutes it would appear that like a battle between good an d evil Trevor Jackson aka Playgroup struggled between pleasure or pain, agreemen t or disagreement, complacency or triumph. Weaving in and around it self, reveri ng the hooks of the original, whilst introducing an intoxicating groove that nev er leaves you. Both Hell and Trevor Jacksons, aka Playgroup, share a very simila r history as both artist and label owners (Trevor Jackson started Output records : Fridge, The Rapture, LCD Soundsystem, Black Strobe). Their aesthetics are very similar and as such both the original and the remix compliment the package perf ectly. In the words of Piers Martin "Prepare to be moved, deeply."
