Ilya Santana originates from the Canary Islands (Spain). He started to discover his passion for music 20 years ago, while his father was lis tening to Alan Parson, Vangelis and Giorgio Moroder amongst others. 15 years ago he started DJ'ing around all the clubs in Gran Canaria. Not long after that he started producing his own stuff. His first release was on Balihu, Daniel Wang's label. In the meantime he also released records on Tirk, Permanent Vacation and Gomma, and remixed artists like Human League, The Phenomenal Handclap Band, Lind strom...
