Christopher Phonk is a household name in the Belgian (deep)house scene. He’s a very popular and gifted bootlegger/mashupmaker and 50% of legendary band PHONKERS, well-known from the classic tune ROCK YOUR BODY.

In 2006 he released, on his own label (not on label) WHY DON’T YOU LOVE ME, a track that hit the European house-scene as a bomb and now is considered as an underground classic. 

MARMALADE SKIES, the main-track on the B-side, was never released but went on, in the years following it’s ‘release’ to become iconic in a certain kind of clubs (Balmoral, The Temple, La Rocca, Red & Blue,…).
