Outside OVERVIEW: Summer Camp gave November 2011 a welcome shot of sunshine with Welcome to Condale, a gorgeous collection of lushly melodic pop songs woven around a central narrative of an imaginary suburb deep in the heart of America, a cinematic microverse of teenage lovers and loners, high school freaks and geeks. Never ones to rest on their laurels, Elizabeth Sankey and Jeremy Warmsley began conceiving the songs that would become the Always EP at Christmas, a mere month after ...Condale was released. Written on piano, the tracks took on a life of their own in the studio, erring towards the Summer Camp of melodious dancefloor fillers ËœDone Foreverâ„¢ and ËœI Want Youâ„¢. The EP will be released on 9 July by Apricot Recording Company / Moshi Moshi.
