With their debut release Plazmot brings forward 2 very different tracks, showing the versatility in their productions (and amazing live shows!). On the A-side you will find Orot Levanim (White Strobes in Hebrew), a mid tempo new wave synth-pop song in Hebrew, layered on funky drum machines, guitar riffs and melodies that more than refer to the British synth-pop of the late 70™s and early 80™s but with a visible mediterranean diy touch. The B-side is Allenby, named after one of the key axis™s in Tel-Aviv™s nightlife. Allenby is what techno in Tel Aviv in 2018 is, a crossbreed of Red Axes & Carl Craig, inspired by the both yet with a different vector, almost a song like writing for a techno track. Its atmospheric, its pushing forward, its romantic in its epicness and its both contemporary and eternal.
