With this new project drummer and percussionist - who in the past played with Yuko, Zita Swoon Group, Jan Swerts and many others - is combining improvisation, ambient/drones, exotic folk tones and trance. Man, machine and nature interact in ever-changing relationships to each other and in ever-changing proportions.
Grichte presents a broad and adventurous sound: open, exciting, alternately subtle and powerful. At the same time it fits perfectly into the mission of searching, feeling and letting go again, the spontaneous game with adventure and connection as the thread.
