Zahn returns with his first full solo EP since 2014s New Day Rising! He delivers a collection of four new direct, hypnotic cuts from his recent live sets that have already received play from Ben Klock, DVS1, Truncate, Par Grindvik, and others... The Ascension sessions occurred when Zahn was holed up at a hotel in Ibiza last year during one particularly rainy week. >I was doing a lot of live sets at the time so I wanted to use my down time to write more music that was simple enough to truly play live.
